Keycon Constructions builds fixed-price house and land packages across Melbourne's western growth corridor — Werribee, Tarneit, Point Cook, Truganina, Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale and the estates around them. Land, home, site costs and inclusions at one price. If something costs extra, the listing says so before you sign.
The basics
A house and land package bundles a titled block in a new estate with a new home design — one price covers both. Instead of buying land, then finding a builder, then discovering what the build really costs, you see the complete figure upfront: land, home, site costs and inclusions.
In Melbourne's growth suburbs, packages are usually the most affordable way to own a brand-new home — and because the home is new, first home buyers can typically access the Victorian First Home Owner Grant and stamp duty savings on the land component.
Genuine fixed price
A titled or titling block in a named estate — not a vague "from" figure.
The exact floor plan listed, with beds, baths and garage stated.
Fixed for the block, not an allowance that blows out later.
Floor coverings, driveway, fencing, landscaping allowance, fixed-price connections — full list published with every package.
What's not included
Stamp duty on the land, conveyancing, and any upgrades you choose. We'd rather tell you that here than surprise you at contract stage.

Why Melbourne families build with us
No hidden costs, no surprise variations. What we quote is what you pay — and the contract says so.
Consistent on-time handovers. A single-storey build typically takes 6–8 months from slab to handover. Ask us for addresses you can drive past.
No call centres, no sales scripts. One point of contact from land selection through to keys — and the builder's number saved in your phone.
We track land releases, estate conditions and titling timelines across Melbourne's west. Tell us your budget — we'll shortlist blocks within a week.
Every design can be adjusted, flipped, extended and re-faced to suit your block width, family size and budget. Custom builder, not a fixed menu.
Where we build
Local knowledge of each estate's land availability, block sizes and pricing across Melbourne's fastest-growing corridors.
Established amenity, trains to the CBD, strong first-home-buyer value.
One of Australia's fastest-growing suburbs, packages from the mid $500Ks.
Bayside-adjacent living with schools and town centres already built.
Central to the western corridor, wide range of block sizes.
Larger blocks, newer estates, sharper price points.
Melbourne's north-west growth front along the Western Freeway.
Buying further out? We also take on packages and knockdown rebuilds in Mambourin, Bonnie Brook and selected south-east suburbs including Clyde North and Pakenham. If your estate isn't listed, ask — the corridor moves fast, and so do we.
Who our packages suit
A fixed price means your loan pre-approval actually covers the build. Buying land and building new can also mean paying stamp duty only on the land — saving tens of thousands. We'll walk you through the First Home Owner Grant paperwork.
More space for the money than the middle suburbs, in estates with new schools, parks and town centres. Choose a plan, adjust it to how your family actually lives.
New homes in growth corridors attract strong tenant demand and maximum depreciation benefits. Fixed pricing keeps your numbers honest from day one.

Frequently asked
House and land packages in Melbourne's western growth suburbs typically start from around $520,000–$560,000 for a 3-bedroom home on a titled block, with 4-bedroom packages commonly between $600,000 and $750,000. For comparison, major volume builders' packages in the same corridor currently start from about $630,000 in Tarneit and over $760,000 in Melbourne's west.
It means the contract price is the final price for everything listed — land, home, site costs and inclusions — with no allowances that can blow out. The only things that change the price are the upgrades you choose in writing. If a builder's "fixed price" excludes site costs, it isn't fixed.
A single-storey home typically takes 6–8 months from slab to handover; a double-storey home takes 9–12 months. Add 2–4 months before the slab for contracts, selections and permits. If your block hasn't been titled yet, the clock starts at title registration.
Site costs cover preparing your block to build on — excavation, the slab design for your soil type, connections and fill. On flat blocks in Melbourne's western estates they typically run $15,000–$40,000. Keycon fixes site costs in your contract, so they can't increase after you sign.
Yes, in most cases. New builds are generally eligible for the Victorian First Home Owner Grant, and buying land separately usually means stamp duty applies to the land only, not the finished home. Eligibility rules change, so confirm current thresholds with the State Revenue Office or your lender. We'll point you in the right direction.
Yes. Room layouts, bedroom counts, façades and finishes can all be adjusted to suit your block and lifestyle. Because we're a custom builder, changes are quoted and fixed before you sign — not managed through a variations process afterward.
Yes. We track releases across the western corridor's estates and can match blocks to your budget and preferred design, usually within a week. If we don't build where you want to buy, we'll tell you.
